How to my patients interacts with the platform?

 

Upon enrollment during a mental-health visit, patients receive a text message and email (and up to two reminders) with a link to their comprehensive digital symptom-rating scales. Upon validating their first name, last name and date of birth, they are immediately directed to their assessment.

 

What questions does the Mental Health Wellness Assessment ask?

 

Ellipsas’ assessment presents a comprehensive series of scales, including several questions that appear only if the patient has indicated there is a need to collect the answers. Scales include PHQ9, GAD7, Paranoia, AVH, AUPIT, Smoking, SUD, Memory and Sleep inquiries.
