Up until the rise of the passing of the Mental Health Parity Act in 1996, very little was spent or discussed on Mental Health in this country.

Though many insurance companies now cover mental healthcare, it’s no secret that America is facing a mental-health epidemic, which has only become exasperated during the Covid-19 pandemic.
